: Skull base fractures are a major cause of morbidity and mortality in head injury. Anterior cranial Fossa (ACF) skull fracture, leading to Cerebro Spinal Fluid (CSF) Rhinorrhea is one the most commonly encountered presentation ACF fractures. The key successful management such cases lies early diagnosis surgical before it leads meningitis avoidable mortality.
